These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the iEasySR web application ("Platform"), a tool developed to assist educators in efficiently generating student reports. By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User") agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for registered educators and authorized school personnel only.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized by your institution to input and process student data.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The misuse or unauthorized sharing of account access is strictly prohibited.
The Platform is to be used exclusively for educational purposes, specifically for generating student reports. You agree not to use the Platform in a way that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to disrupt service or reverse-engineer its functionality.
The Platform processes user-provided information solely to support report generation. No student data is shared with third parties.
You retain ownership of the content you submit; however, you grant iEasySR a limited license to process such content solely to provide services.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with your institution’s privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.
All code, design elements, and features of the Platform are the intellectual property of iEasySR and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent. Users may not use the Platform’s branding or materials without permission.
Use at Your Own Risk: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is solely at your own risk.
No Warranty: We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s accuracy, availability, or suitability for any particular purpose.
No Liability for Damages: Under no circumstances shall iEasySR, its affiliates, or developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages—including, without limitation, loss of data, equipment failure, or damages to property—arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform (in whole or in part) or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
